1. When the Gifts & Flowers can be delivered? All orders that we get Monday to Friday before 07:00 am Cyprus Time are sent the same day .We encourage our clients to order the previous day so that there is enough time for creating and delivering the flowers on time. You can check the Calendar Reminder (Link) on our web site in order to be informed on certain (on namedays it is always advisable to have 24 hours pre ordering).
2. Can I preorder in advance? Yes. You can preorder up to a year in advance. When you are asked to provide the information where you want the flowers to be delivered in the Date section, specify the exact date.
3. Are the delivery charges included for all parts of Cyprus? Shipping Charges are included for all our products within Town limits. This means that addresses that are outside Towns centre will be charged with additional charges .Please click here to see the list of places that are included in the Towns limits. We will inform you by email in case your delivery area is of our town limits and will inform you about the amount of the specific charge.
4. What if I need to send the gifts & flowers urgently? We have an express services Taxi that can deliver the flowers if you want the delivery urgently within few hours from your order. However there rates are different. Please click here to contact us.
